Observing the World of Wind and Clouds

Yanguanshijiefengyun (眼觀世界風雲) has the meaning of “looking at/observing the world of wind and clouds.” Chinese language chop with six white characters from top to bottom and right to left. The stone was supplied by Dr. Yang, who thought it was a softer stone. The stone is topped by a fork-tailed [qi dragon].
