Cheng Sui

Cheng Sui (1607-1692) 程邃 was born in Xixian, She County, Anhui Province. He lived for a while in Nanjing but later moved to Yangzhou.  He was a landscape painter, poet, seal carver, and calligrapher, known as one of the “Four Scholars of the Xi School.” Alternatively, founder of the “She School.” [This may be a transliteration problem which I’ll hopefully get sorted out some day.]
