Liang Zhi 梁袠 (?-1644)

The Chinese seal artist Liang Zhi was born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, and lived in [Nanjing]. He was a student of He Zhen and was a professional seal cutter.

“His younger brother Liang Danian and his concubine Han Yuesu were also famous seal engravers.” He followed in the style of his teacher He Zhen. He was the author of “Superb Seals.”
